Welcome, I’m Victoria Moody, your yoga guide. I’m a RYT500 certified yoga teacher specializing in Prana Vinyasa, Core Strength Vinyasa, & Kids Yoga. I have a passion for holistic wellness, I lead practices focused on mindful movement, breath, and meditation.

Victoria created an intentional space targeting mindfulness, spiritual connection and physical well-being. The space was prepared beforehand with yoga equipment for each participant provided, mindfulness coloring, relaxing tea and essential oils. She provided modified poses during instruction, which helped to address the comfortable level of each person. I definitely plan to attend another class!
